ESI Builders Inc. started its journey in 2006. Owner Terry A. Rubenstein is a US Army Desert Shield/Storm Disabled Veteran. Terry has been working in the construction industry since 1999. As a Florida native and construction expert, Terry is well aware of the challenges Florida houses face during hurricanes or storms.
In hurricane-prone Florida, SIPs are the way to go, and ESI Builders leads the way in SIP home construction in Florida. However, SIP houses are relatively more costly.
